My company is in a unique industry, and I don't see our specific need on your services list, are you able to help us?
Yes, we offer many services, and they don't all fit onto a piece of paper. Contact our helpful permit concierge at 702.990.0112, they can assist you with any of your project needs.
My current permit expeditor does not usually track our permits, does LVPermits?
We will stay in contact with you while your plans are going through the submittal process. We will send you email notifications frequently when we receive you plans, submit them, and when they are approved.
What jurisdictions do you handle?
We handle Clark County, The City of Las Vegas, The City of North Las Vegas, and The City of Henderson.
Our office accepts shipment during our business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We can also pick the plans up from any location within the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.
We will email you a notice that your plans were received, so you will not be left guessing.
How long does it take for you to submit a complete permit to a building department?
Our In By Ten (tm) service guarantees that if we received your complete permit package by 10am, we will take them to the building department that same day!
Once you become one of our clients, we can send you a Submittal Check List. This will tell you exactly what applications are required. This list will even link to some of the building department’s websites so you can fill out the applications from your computer.
We can either fax or mail the needed applications to you. Many times we are able to fill out the applications for you.
Yes, we will email you a notice within 24 hours that the plans were submitted successfully.
If the building department requires corrections on the plans before they can be submitted, we will call or email you a notice of the corrections needed within 24 hours.
As soon as we are notified that corrections are required on your plans we will notify you as well as send you an email notification.
I often work late and over the weekend on projects, how can I check on my permits during those times?
Once you retain our services we will give you exclusive online access to our plan tracking system. With this system, you can check the status of your project, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Call us. We can answer many of your questions. If we don’t know the answer, we will contact the building department for you or find out who at the building department you need to speak to.
