We handle Clark County, The City of Las Vegas, The City of North Las Vegas, and The City of Henderson.

Our office accepts shipment during our business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We can also pick the plans up from any location within the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.

We will email you a notice that your plans were received, so you will not be left guessing.

If we receive your complete permit package, our In By Ten service guarantees we will take them out to the building department the same day. If they are received after this time, don’t worry, we will still send them out no later than the next business day.

Once you become one of our clients, we can send you a Submittal Check List. This will tell you exactly what applications are required. This list will even link to some of the building department’s websites so you can fill out the applications from your computer.

We can either fax or mail the needed applications to you. Many times we are able to fill out the applications for you.

Yes, we will email you a notice within 24 hours that the plans were submitted successfully.
If the building department requires corrections on the plans before they can be submitted, we will call or email you a notice of the corrections needed within 24 hours.

As soon as we are notified that corrections are required on your plans we will notify you as well as send you an email notification.

Once you become one of our clients you will be given access to our online permit tracking system. This system allows you to check the status of your project at any time, online.
